Each daily dose includes one capsule full of essential vitamins and minerals for overall health and one capsule of fish oil, naturally rich in the fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are known to support heart health, brain function and vision. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) strengthens the immune system and increases the body’s antioxidant properties. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) stops the development of cardiovascular diseases, stimulates fat burning and improves mood.

What is the contribution of multivitamins in the complex health duo product?
A - retinol - is necessary for vision and bone growth, healthy skin and hair, and the normal functioning of the immune system.
B1 – thiamine – plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It is necessary for normal growth and development. It helps maintain the proper functioning of the heart, nervous and digestive systems.
B2 - riboflavin - an antioxidant necessary for the formation of red blood cells and antibodies, for the regulation of growth, reproductive functions and for the health of the entire organism, including thyroid function.
B3, also known as PP, niacin and nicotinamide - fights dermatitis, diarrhea and dementia.
B5 - pantothenic acid - supports the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, amino acids, as well as the synthesis of fatty acids, acetylcholine and hemoglobin.
