The product is a natural mineral and is not a food, medicine or dietary supplement.
Recommendations for use: Can be used dissolved in water for internal and external use. For adults: For initial use, dissolve 1 tsp. in a glass of water, preferably in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast or in the evening before bed. Then you can gradually increase the amount to 1 tbsp. spoon. For children over 12 years: Take a maximum of 1 tsp daily. Always take 3 hours before or after taking supplements or medications.
For cosmetic use: Dilute diatomaceous earth with water in a ratio of (1:3). The finished mixture can be applied directly to the skin of the face and body. Avoid the eye area.
Note: Not for use by children under 12 years of age. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the powdered product - it may cause irritation of the respiratory system. Do not allow diatomaceous earth to get into the eyes - it may cause dryness. In case of dust in the eyes, they should be rinsed thoroughly with lukewarm water.
