Holland & Barrett Artichoke Extract capsules are standardized to contain 2.5% of the unique active ingredient cynarin. Cynarin is a powerful antioxidant and hepatoprotector that stimulates the removal of heavy metal salts, toxins, and excess fluids from the body. The antioxidant potential of artichoke places it among the leading foods that help prevent oxidative stress in the body. Instructions for use:
One capsule per day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a healthy diet.

Artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus, leaf) - 350mg (4:1 extract, equivalent to 1400mg artichoke) (standardized to contain 2.5% cynarin (8.75mg))
Does not contain: artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, preservatives, added sugar or salt, yeast, additives of animal origin.
