Alive! Hair, Skin, Nails premium formula provides nutrients that are necessary to maintain the healthy appearance of hair, skin and nails.

Vitamin B7 - biotin - widely known as the "hair vitamin", helps to strengthen and grow hair, strengthen nails, and hydrate the skin. Biotin deficiency is manifested by thinning and blooming hair, irritated and dry skin and brittle nails. It is recommended to take biotin with food supplements, because topically, as an ingredient in face creams, its absorption by the body is significantly less.
