Vitamins A, D3 and E contribute to reducing headaches.
The mineral magnesium has a positive effect on the nervous system and the quality of sleep.
The herbal mixture of rosemary, buckwheat, calendula flower, mullein flower, passionflower, lemon balm leaf, sweet clover, birch leaf, taiga root, mistletoe and St. John's wort reduces tension and calms the nervous system.
