Action of the main ingredients :
Vitamin C acts as a natural antihistamine by reducing the amount of histamine the body produces in response to an allergen. It can help reduce mild symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, stuffy and watery eyes caused by allergic rhinitis.
Oxidative stress is a key factor in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. Allergic conditions have been found to be associated with reduced plasma levels of vitamin C, a key physiological antioxidant.
