Action of the main substances - flavonoids, vitamin E and unsaturated fats :

Flavonoids (silybinin, isosilibinin, silycristin and silydianin) with the common name silymarin. They have a hepatoprotective effect, thanks to which they protect the cells of the liver from damage and support its regeneration in periods of heavy load. Its anti-inflammatory properties have a beneficial effect on chronic liver diseases.

Vitamin E , which provides powerful antioxidant protection against free radicals. It strengthens the immune system and strengthens blood vessels, neutralizes the influence of "bad" cholesterol and supports the nervous and muscular system.
