The content includes 10 g of total EAA per serving, of which 6 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (3 g leucine, 1.5 g valine and 1.5 g isoleucine) to support muscle recovery and reduce fatigue.

It's enriched with electrolytes like potassium and magnesium to help maintain hydration and optimize athletic performance.
