Amix Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (CEE) is a creatine monohydrate with an added ester that increases lean muscle mass and strength.

CEE is creatine monohydrate enriched with an ester that improves the transport of creatine across cell walls. Esters are organic compounds formed by esterification between carboxyl groups and alcohols, resulting in more efficient creatine delivery and less loss during absorption. This formula helps deliver creatine to muscle tissue more quickly, which supports training and recovery.

One dose of the product is 5 capsules, and the package contains 25 doses. For maximum effect, take 5 capsules twice a day: the first dose 30 minutes before training with 300-500 ml of water, the second dose immediately after training with 300-500 ml of water. Continue to drink water during and after training.
