Magnesium Citrate Malate plays a role in keeping muscles strong by activating the body's natural energy. What is magnesium malate
Magnesium malate is a binding of the mineral magnesium with organic malic acid. Malic acid can be used in the citric acid cycle, which contributes to the formation of ATP (energy). This organically bound form of magnesium is better absorbed than inorganically bound forms of magnesium, such as magnesium oxide or magnesium sulfate. The combination of magnesium with malic acid provides less gastrointestinal complaints. Magnesium malate is well absorbed by the muscles and improves their performance.
