Nature's Way's Myo-Tone ™ is a well-balanced combination of vitamins (C, D, E and from the B complex group) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, manganese) with proven anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Vitamin C is necessary for the synthesis of collagen and the maintenance of all collagen structures.

B complex vitamins are essential for muscle tone, energy metabolism, detoxification, balanced mood, immune system, gut health.
