Natural Factors Chromium Picolinate increases the action of insulin, metabolizes glucose and helps maintain balanced blood sugar levels. A very large proportion of people in the Western world are chromium deficient, and supplementation with readily absorbable chromium picolinate provides adequate chromium levels, maintains blood sugar balance, and reduces food cravings.
