PGX® Daily Ultra Singles is a natural product, source of a patented, highly purified complex (PolyGlycopleX ® ) of three types of water-soluble fiber (konjac /glucomannan/, sodium alginate and xanthan gum).
It is recommended to take it before or during a meal, as PGX swells and multiplies its weight in the digestive system. In this way, it contributes to feeling full and eating less. Taking PGX with food reduces the absorption of carbohydrates, which means that glucose is released into the bloodstream gradually, which helps to maintain balanced blood sugar levels and reduce appetite.
