Dosage and administration: For adults:
For IBS or diarrhea: 1 scoop / 6.7 g in 250 ml of water 1-2 times a day.
For constipation or regulation of the glycemic index: 1-2 measuring spoons once a day.
For children over 8 to 16 years of age:
For IBS, diarrhea or constipation: 1 scoop/6.7 g in 250 ml of water once a day.
