Nature's Way Flaxseed Oil is guaranteed to contain 57% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) from non-GMO seeds. ALA is an important omega-6 fatty acid that is needed in the daily diet. Cold-pressed, unrefined oil that is free of hexane and trans fats.
