Myrrh (Commiphora molmol) is frequently mentioned in the Bible and was an important commercial product in the Middle East. Myrrh extract has strong antiseptic and antibacterial properties and can help with infections, especially oral and gum infections. Nature's Way myrrh capsules can be chewed and used internally, or they can be dissolved and the powder poured directly onto the affected area in the mouth.
