Raspberries are a source of powerful flavonoids and anthocyanins – natural compounds known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and protective properties. These active substances counteract cell damage caused by free radicals, thus reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases. Raspberry juice also contains organic acids, such as ellagic acid, which has pronounced antioxidant and antimutagenic properties, contributing to overall cellular protection.
Vitamin C – one of the most important essential vitamins for the human body. It is in an easily digestible form, complementing and enhancing the natural antioxidant activity of the natural bioactive compounds in raspberries.
