Dosage and administration

Method of preparation :
Preparation in a teapot : Place one teabag in a teapot. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
When brewing: Place one tea bag and pour boiling water (500 ml). Boil over low heat for 5 minutes to infuse. Then remove the tea bag and consume hot or cold. The strength of the tea can be adjusted to your taste by lengthening or shortening the brewing time. Do not reuse a used tea bag.
