Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA ) is an isomer of linoleic acid, which refers to omega-6 fatty acids. CLA reduces body fat, especially abdominal fat, by reducing enzymes responsible for increasing fat cell size, improves blood serum lipid profiles, and reduces high glucose levels in the body.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid also increases muscle mass, participates in strengthening the immune system, thereby reducing the risk of certain types of cancer, reduces the development of atherosclerosis and improves the activity of the cardiovascular system.
In addition, Conjugated Linoleic Acid also has an anti-catabolic effect. A significant effect in reducing subcutaneous fat and increasing muscle tissue is achieved at doses of 3-4 grams of Conjugated Linoleic Acid daily (depending on body weight) for 2-3 months, as the intake of this fatty acid should be combined with a diet and physical activity.
Directions for use : One dose 60 minutes before meals - 1-2 times daily.
