PWO Liquid Flow is a complex pre-workout formula with caffeine, a large dose of beta-alanine, taurine, niacin, and vitamins B6 and B12.
Compared to other pre-workout products, it has a lower caffeine content, 35.5 mg/serving (that's about half of a coffee or energy drink and only a fifth of a regular pre-workout product), so it can be used even before late afternoon or night workouts!
But lower caffeine content doesn't mean lower active agent content! It will support your training goals with 2000 mg of beta-alanine, taurine and niacin (vitamin B3) in each serving!
