Fiber Delights contains a patented mixture of inulin and oat bran helping to improve the digestive system, the body's natural detoxification, weight reduction and the fight against extra pounds.
Inulin is a soluble fiber. In the Fiber Delights product, they are extracted from chicory root and they "feed" the beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract, i.e. the probiotics. In this way, the gut microbiome is improved.
Oat bran contains beta-glucans, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, thiamin and numerous antioxidants. They contribute to the optimal functioning of the cardiovascular system, improve digestion and normalize blood sugar levels.
Nature's Way Fiber Delights is vegan-friendly and contains no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, salt, yeast, dairy, and is vegan-friendly.
