Dosage and administration : PGX® SlimStyles® is unflavored product and can be added to your favorite liquid or drink, oatmeal, soup or smoothie.
Recommended intake: 1 measuring spoon 2 times a day dissolved in a glass of water (250-500 ml).
For weight and appetite reduction: 1 measuring spoon 3 times a day.
When taking the product for the first time, start with the following scheme:
First week : ½ measuring spoon 2-3 times a day.
Second week : 1 measuring spoon 2-3 times a day.
Third week and more: 1 scoop 3 times a day.
