Method of use:

Take 1 to 2 doses per day. You can dissolve in water or your favorite beverage.

• In a shaker – Add one (5 grams – 1 teaspoon) to two servings to about 200 ml of water and shake for about 30 seconds.


• In a glass - Add one (5 grams – 1 teaspoon) to two doses to about 200 ml of water and stir for about 20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved.
