The color coding helps for quick orientation: red elastic band provides light resistance, blue outer grade - medium, and green - high, with the specific ranges being red 7–11 kg, blue 11–23 kg and green 27–85 kg. The dimensions of the elastic band are 2080/45 mm, which ensures comfort during various exercises.
