To ensure the best protection and security, follow the steps for proper installation and maintenance:

Insertion: Pull the earlobe down. Insert the earplug, guiding it gently with your fingers into the ear canal.

Sealing: Gradually push the earplug in until it is in the correct position in the ear canal. You can gently move it back and forth until you feel a full and secure seal.

Removal: To remove the plug, pull it out carefully by twisting it slightly.
Care of the plugs:
- After each use, clean the plugs with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Store them in a clean, dry container to extend their life.
Instructions for use :
- Pull the earcup down. Insert the earplug by guiding it with your fingers;
- Gradually push the earplug in until it is in the correct position in the ear canal. You can gently move it back and forth until you feel a seal;
- To remove the stopper, pull it out gently by twisting it slightly. Clean the stoppers with mild soap and lukewarm water after each use.
