OMEGA-3T offers the highest bioavailability because it contains a form of omega-3 called triglyceride, the benefits of which are supported by over 8,000 scientific studies. EPA and DHA, which are abundant in fish oil, are extremely important for normal growth and development, maintaining brain function and heart health, maintaining bone and joint health, and strengthening the immune system.

Omega-3 ethyl ester products are more common on the market because of their lower cost: this form is much cheaper to produce than OMEGA-3T (its superior triglyceride form). OMEGA-3T in its natural TG form has been shown to have a 48 to 70% higher absorption rate than EE forms. [2]
