ASHWAGANDHA MAX contains ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) with a high concentration of withanolides – 30 mg of withanolides in one capsule. ASHWAGANDHA MAX is recommended for athletes who follow a strenuous training regimen and are exposed to stress.
The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.
