The alkaline-acidic state is one of the most important physicochemical parameters of the body's internal environment for our body to be healthy. Acids are constantly formed in the body of a healthy person during the metabolic process - about 20,000 mmol of carbonic acids and 80 mmol of strong acids. The normal pH of the extracellular fluid is 7.35-7.45 (45-35 nmol/l), and the intracellular fluid averages about 6.9.
Action of the main ingredients:

Sodium bicarbonate is unsaturated sodium salt of carbonic acid. Aqueous solutions of sodium bicarbonate are alkaline because it is a salt of a strong base and a weak acid. For this reason, it is used to neutralize acid and regulate the alkaline-acidic balance. It is used in the treatment of a number of diseases, reducing the symptoms of acidosis in the body, acting as an antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent.

Calcium carbonate is found in large quantities in rocks all over the world and is a building block for shellfish as well as eggshells. As a salt of a very weak acid with a strong base, calcium carbonate has the property of reacting with weak acids to release calcium salt and carbon dioxide. With daily use, it increases the amount of calcium in the blood, and as an acid blocker, it neutralizes excess stomach acid.

Zinc gluconate is the zinc salt of gluconic acid. This form of zinc makes absorption faster and more efficient. It ensures the proper functioning of the immune system, participates in the processes of cell division. It is a catalyst for many enzymes and is a powerful antioxidant.
