The botanical name of calendula is Calendula officinalis is the oldest cultivated plant. It is widespread, but its birthplace remains a mystery to this day. The marigold has an extremely rich composition of organic acids, flavonoids, phytoncides, resins, bitter substances, essential oil, lutein and others, and therefore its ability to treat various conditions is wide:
- reduces inflammation and free radicals;
- has natural antiseptic properties;
- heals wounds, rashes, burns on the skin;
- cleans the blood vessels.

Grape seed oil is extracted using the cold pressing method and has remarkable properties. These properties are mainly due to the fact that it contains a higher amount of essential unsaturated fatty acids than other oils. It contains a large amount of vitamin E, flavonoids, lecithin and antioxidants. It has strong protective properties and slows down the aging process of the skin.
Beeswax is a yellow substance formed as a result of the metabolic conversion of pollen into honey. It has the ability to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the environment by forming a thin film on its surface and at the same time does not allow it to lose its moisture.
