The AdrenaSense® formula supports the adrenal glands, helps the body cope with stress and promotes good sleep.

Overworked adrenal glands lead to problems with sleep, mood, appetite, and more. When stressed, the adrenal glands release cortisol and adrenaline, hormones that cause an increased heart rate, sweaty palms, anxiety, and even aggression—physical responses that help us cope with stress. Once the stress is gone, cortisol and adrenaline should turn off, but chronic stress can leave them "on" all the time, leading to cellular damage and adrenal exhaustion.

AdrenaSense® contains natural adaptogens, herbs that help the body "adapt" to stress, including: ashwagandha, goldenseal, schisandra, suma (also called Brazilian ginseng), and Siberian ginseng. These herbs can energize and calm, while helping to reduce physical reactions to stress.

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule (cellulose, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
