BCAA Elite Rate from AMIX is an anti-catabolic dietary supplement that supplies the body with the vital BCAAs L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine to maintain muscle endurance and recovery.
With its formula of essential amino acids, the product helps maintain anabolic processes and reduces muscle tissue breakdown during intense training. L-leucine plays a key role in activating muscle synthesis and supports fat oxidation when glycogen stores are depleted. This makes BCAA Elite Rate useful both during training and on days off to maintain lean muscle mass and speed up recovery.
A dose of 6 capsules provides the necessary BCAAs, which are difficult to obtain from food alone. It is most convenient to take around physical activity - two to three capsules before, and two to three capsules after it; on non-training days in the morning after sleep it is recommended to take 3–6 capsules to interrupt catabolic periods and prepare the body for the next workout.
