Directions for use: For people over 18 years of age: With hot water: 1 sachet, 2 times a day in 180 ml of hot water. Let the infusion stand for 4–5 minutes. Or: With cold water: 1 sachet, 2 times a day in cold water, let it stand for 7 minutes.
