Calm Biotic® 3 billion active probiotics contains two strains of Lactobacillus helveticus (R0052) and Bifidobacterium longum (R0175), which have been shown to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort in people under stress and improve mood. Both strains are shelf stable and resistant to stomach acid, making Calm Biotic capsules a great solution for maintaining a healthy gut microbiome without even requiring refrigeration!
Lactobacillus helveticus – promotes the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and relieves the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Bifidobacterium longum – supports the health of the intestinal microflora.
