Turmeric is a plant in the ginger family. It contains bioactive compounds known as curcuminoids, which have powerful beneficial effects. Depending on the curcuminoid content, turmeric extract fights free radicals, balances blood pressure, blood sugar levels, relieves depression and inflammation in the body. Naturalico® Curcmin and BioPerine contains a minimum of 48 mg of curcuminoids and may support brain function.

BioPerine™ is an extract of black pepper (piperine) and is an important addition to turmeric supplements as it increases absorption by up to 2000%! Without this extract, the greater amount of curcumin passes directly through the gastrointestinal tract with minimal absorption. In addition, BioPerine™ also enhances thermogenesis.



Recommended dosage:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel capsule daily with 240 ml of water, preferably with a meal.
