Do not exceed a daily intake of 800 mg EGCG (corresponding to 22 ml of product or 20 mg daily). Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and nutritious diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Recommended daily dose of the product: For adults over 18 years of age: 2 measuring caps (equal to 40 ml of product) in 500 ml of water to be drunk during the day. Shake well before use.
Storage: In a cool (+4°C) and dry place, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight. Use within 30 days after opening.
