Fenugreek is traditionally used in folk medicine as a digestive tonic that aids digestion and has an expectorant effect that facilitates the release of excess mucus in the upper respiratory tract. Natural Factors fenugreek seeds are non-GMO and effectively treat the symptoms of infections.
