Nature's Way fenugreek seeds are carefully selected and tested for biological activity, purity and quality. Fenugreek comes from ancient traditions in the Middle East, India and Egypt and was later carried to Europe and China and is a preferred remedy for digestive tract problems such as dyspepsia, flatulence, anorexia and diarrhoea. It is also used to treat chronic cough, bronchitis, high fever, sore throat and mouth sores. Poultices and other topical options are used for wounds and skin irritations. Fenugreek is used as a medicinal and lactating agent.
