Hydro-HD is a highly absorbable nutritional supplement combining hydrolyzed whey protein and PeptoPro for accelerated recovery and muscle growth.

Hydro-HD is a powerful protein source that is absorbed immediately after training. Hydrolyzed whey protein, along with PeptoPro, provides dipeptides and tripeptides that are broken down faster and reach the muscles for rapid amino acid replenishment. This supports protein synthesis and muscle recovery within a short period of time after exercise.

The formula contains naturally high levels of essential and branched-chain amino acids, which maximally stimulate muscle growth and recovery. The added HMB and BCAA in a ratio of 8:1:1 help prevent muscle breakdown and accelerate muscle building. BCAAs support anabolism, while HMB reduces proteolytic activity and contributes to longer-lasting muscle mass.
