INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
→ On training days: Dissolve 2 scoops (66 g) of iMass in 400-450 ml of milk or water and consume 45 minutes before training and immediately after training, i.e. a total of 4 scoops per day.
→ On non-training days: Dissolve 2 scoops (66 g) of iMass in 400-450 ml of milk or water and consume twice a day, before main meals, i.e. a total of 4 scoops per day in two servings.
