Drenax® Delicato from the Italian company Paladin Pharma is a delicate intimate gel for daily hygiene and intimate care for women, formulated with active ingredients that are not aggressive to the skin. The plant extracts of aloe and chamomile have a natural soothing effect, while the sage extract has a protective and deodorizing effect. The formula contains lactic acid, which helps maintain the balance of the vaginal flora. The product is dermatologically tested.

Active ingredients:
Lactic acid – has a hydrating and protective effect on the intimate area. Helps improve the natural bacterial flora and maintain the physiological pH balance.
A 4-week clinical study evaluated the tolerability of a wash gel containing lactic acid (pH 4.2) for external daily use when used on the external genital area and its effect on skin hydration, vulvar skin pH and vulvar microbiome. The study showed that the wash gel is a mild, hydrating cleansing product that does not damage, but instead respects, the natural pH and microbial diversity of intimate skin.
Chamomile extract /Chamomilla Recutita/ provides a soothing effect on the mucous membrane, helping to relieve redness, irritation and discomfort in the intimate area.
Aloe vera has been shown to have antibacterial and antifungal properties that can help prevent infections and maintain the natural balance of the microbiota present in the lower body of women.
