The Gallmet Mix product contains some of the most effective natural ingredients for maintaining normal gallbladder function, stimulating bile flow and improving digestion. A key component in Gallmet Mix is ox bile bile acids, which have proven benefits in cholestasis (bile stasis). The extracts of mint, marshmallow, fennel, licorice and honeysuckle added to them soothe the irritated gastric mucosa, suppress the inflammatory process and support peristalsis.
Impaired formation and outflow of bile juice is a widespread problem, the appearance of which is usually preceded by an unhealthy diet and systemic alcohol intake. Over time, it can lead to a number of complications, such as:
- increase cholesterol levels;
- formation of gallstones;
- digestive disorders;
- inability to break down fats and absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K;
- gas and bloating;
- constipation or diarrhea;
- gastrointestinal infections;
- small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO);
- accumulation of toxic substances in the liver and blood.
Gallmet Mix is specially formulated to counteract these conditions, without the risk of adverse effects. Its intake is recommended in cases of obstruction of the bile ducts and stagnation of bile, polyps of the gallbladder, gallstones, inflammation of the gallbladder or bile ducts, impaired liver function. The product can be applied both for the purpose of prevention and as an aid to the main therapy.
Mechanism of action of Gallmet Mix
Taking the product contributes to the formation of bile in the liver, its transport to the gallbladder, as well as its free passage through the bile ducts to the small intestine.
The normal formation and drainage of bile plays a vital role in:
- the absorption of fat and fat-soluble vitamins from the diet;
- the balance of intestinal flora;
- stimulating the activity of some of the pancreatic enzymes and normal digestion;
- the excretion of bilirubin and other toxic substances and waste products;
- maintaining normal cholesterol levels;
- maintaining liver health.
The bile acids in the composition of Gallmet Mix are obtained from the liver of animals raised in an ecologically clean area. The product has been tested and confirmed as safe by the independent international laboratory WESSLING. Does not contain pollutants, toxic substances, heavy metals. Does not contain allergens (lactose, gluten, casein, etc.).
Gallmet Mix can be combined with enzymes, probiotics, purified bile salts such as TUDCA, as well as dandelion and/or artichoke extracts.

Note : Do not use during pregnancy, biliary crisis or if you suffer from jaundice. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied and complete diet. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
Recommended daily dose of the product: For adults over 18 years: 1-2 capsules 1-3 times a day, before the main meals (morning, lunch and evening).
