Silymarin is an antioxidant that fights free radicals and can help repair liver tissue. Dandelion's enzyme-like qualities stimulate liver and kidney function and can improve health in hepatitis, gallstones, inflammation of the bile duct, liver congestion. Together, all of these ingredients are a valuable liver support tool.
