MCT Oil is an innovative product that contains a complex of medium-chain triglycerides – natural compounds found mainly in coconut oil. These substances are quickly absorbed by the body, making them an ideal source of energy. Compared to carbohydrates and proteins, MCT Oil provides twice as much energy (8.3 kcal/g). In addition, it increases thermogenesis, which contributes to a more efficient burning of subcutaneous fat.
Thanks to its specific structure, MCT Oil is not stored as subcutaneous fat, but is used directly for energy, which is especially useful for active people and athletes. The presence of MCT in the body improves the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, calcium and magnesium, and also reduces the level of bad cholesterol (LDL), normalizing the balance of cholesterol in the blood.
Purpose:
Dosage: 14 ml. = 1 tablespoon or half a cap.
Directions: Start with 1 tablespoon twice daily with food (as an addition to salads or directly) for the first two days. Gradually increase the dose to 1-2 tablespoons twice daily. It is important to note that when taking large amounts (over 100 ml. at a time) stomach problems may occur. In addition, consuming high doses of MCT Oil may increase the need for L-carnitine.
