The ingredients in Amix™ MellaNOX Sleep+ work synergistically to help you fall asleep, relax your body, and improve your sleep quality. One serving contains melatonin, l-theanine, l-tryptophan, valerian extract, rhodiola extract, and vitamin B12.

L-theanine is a natural amino acid that has a calming effect on the body. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, a precursor of serotonin - important for proper rest, relaxation and good mood. Valerian extract contributes to relaxation and normalizes blood pressure. Rhodiola extract stimulates the nervous system and serves as a powerful antioxidant. Added vitamin B12 supports normal energy metabolism and the nervous system. One dose = 1 tablet.
