Gamma-oryzanol – a substance extracted from rice bran from Oryza Sativa. Helps reduce menopausal symptoms.

Hesperidin – a natural plant bioflavonoid from citrus fruits. Benefits for increasing metabolism and aids in weight loss.

MenoSense® does not contain artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, dairy, sugar, wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, salt, nuts or GMOs.

Vegetable capsule (cellulose, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silicon dioxide.

Dosage and administration

Dosage: 2 capsules 2 times a day (morning and evening, before going to bed).
