Our Yerba Mate Multivitamin contains some of the most important nutrients our bodies need to stay healthy. These include niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B1, B6, vitamin C and vitamin B12, as well as iron. All of which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
