Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is an extremely important nutrient, especially for converting food into energy. The body uses it to keep the skin healthy and to support the functions of the nervous and digestive systems. Poor diet and other factors can lead to an increased need for this vitamin.

Nature's Way Niacin, which is Niacinamide (a type of niacin), does not cause the flushing that is often a typical reaction to taking "regular" niacin supplements.
