Method of use:

Dissolve a single serving of the product - 15 g (2.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 1 serving per day.

On training days : 1st serving 30 minutes before training.

On non-training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before the main meal.
