Candifit contains a large amount of viable, well-studied and most widely used lacto- and bifidobacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Bifidobacterium bifidum. Lacto- and bifidobacteria are part of the natural microbiota - "good" bacteria. Lactobacteria predominate in the intestines and female vagina, and bifidobacteria - in the intestines. B vitamins are involved in metabolic processes, are necessary for cellular energy.
