Pure Nutrition Adaptogen Formula is a stress management supplement that combines herbal adaptogens to balance the body and mind.
Each capsule contains Ashwagandha root, Rhodiola rosea root, Astragalus root, Maca root, Eleutherococcus senticosus root, Panax ginseng stem and leaf, Holy basil leaf, Schisandra fruit, and Amla fruit. These herbs work together to help the body adapt to stress and restore balance (homeostasis).
Adaptogens work by modulating the HPA axis, a part of the neuroendocrine system. This helps reduce the overactive stress response, maintains more even cortisol levels, and improves sleep, cognitive function, and overall health.
